Client Acknowledgement

We photograph the property exactly as we find it. Our time on site is reserved for photography — not for cleaning, decluttering, or resetting rooms — so please have the home fully prepared before our team arrives.

If the property isn’t camera-ready on arrival, MURAL PHOTO LLC will photograph it as presented, and the final images can’t be disputed on that basis.

Media Release & Terms

Ownership & licensing

All photos, videos, floor plans, and related media are created and owned by MURAL PHOTO LLC and licensed — not sold — to the Client and their brokerage for marketing the listed property, including MLS and listing portals. The license doesn’t transfer to a new listing agent or to third parties without prior written consent.

Payment

The Client agrees to make payment in full upon booking and receipt of the invoice to secure the desired shoot date. Failure to make payment on time may result in loss of the desired shoot date, as bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis.

Advertising standards & local laws

Where virtually staged, AI-twilight, or otherwise digitally altered images are used, the Client is responsible for disclosing the alteration as required by MLS policies and New York and New Jersey advertising rules.

Access & permissions

The Client is responsible for confirmed access on shoot day — doorman, lockbox, or keys — arranged before our arrival.

Weather & rescheduling

Exterior, twilight, and aerial work reschedules around weather at no charge; interior work proceeds as planned.

General liability

Properties are photographed as presented on arrival; deep prep and styling aren’t included unless arranged ahead. MURAL PHOTO LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the shoot.

Revisions

Every delivery includes one round of reasonable revisions; additional editing is billed at standard rates.
