Can you get to our project location?

Yes! I am always willing to travel for a photoshoot. I can travel to any state across the country.

Why go for High-Quality Photos?

High-quality photos are essential for selling your listing at a higher price. They are the fundamental material you need to present to your clients.

Low-quality photos can create a negative impression, suggesting that the marketing, the listing, and even your brand are subpar, making the property less appealing.

As a consumer, I believe that if a service doesn't look good in pictures, it will attract little interest. Just like you wouldn't order food that doesn't look appetizing, potential buyers won't be drawn to poorly presented listings.

How long does it take to get done images?

I guarantee to deliver everything within 48 hours. but I can rush delivery for an additional fee if requested. The editing process for interiors can be labor-intensive and take much more time.

What is the cancellation or postponement policy?

I recognize that unexpected events can disrupt your schedule or availability, so I strive to be as flexible as possible.

In case of weather conditions preventing our photographers from capturing the property, I will reschedule for the earliest available slot.

I ask our clients to inform us by 8 PM the day before the shoot to avoid any rescheduling fees. While I aim to be accommodating and understanding, if I arrive and the property is not ready without prior notification, a $100 cancellation or postponement fee will be applied.

Can you shoot a home without anyone else present on location?

Yes, I can accommodate this. In some situations, coordinating a convenient time for everyone to be present can be challenging.

If directed, I can access the property using a lockbox or hidden key. However, I do not travel to an offsite location to pick up a key for entry.

Could you please resend the photos you took of my listing two months ago?

Potentially. Please note that I am not a photo storage service. I usually retain images online for up to 30 days. After this timeframe, it is your responsibility to store the images.

If you require the images to be reuploaded beyond the 30-day period, an additional fee may apply.

Will the photographer stage  my property?

I am limited only to light staging (e.g. fluffing pillows, moving blankets, closing toilet seats, turning off TVs, and straightening dining room chairs).

Clients should be sure to clean, prepare, and stage the property to their liking before the shoot, and are encouraged to please view our pre-shoot checklist with further details on how to achieve best results.

Can I move things from one room  to another?

Clients should generally prepare the property in advance to reduce the need for moving items during the visit.

This is particularly important when multiple services are provided in a single visit, as frequent moving can cause delays and slow down the process.

What photo editing is included  in my photos?

WCan I take the interior photos today since it's raining, and then have you come back to do the exterior photos when the weather improves?

I am happy to return for an exterior photo shoot; however, please note that this will be billed as a separate appointment. I do not split single appointments, as I schedule for the entire project. It is the client's responsibility to inform us if they would like to reschedule so everything can be completed in one visit.

If you prefer an exterior-only shoot, please ensure everything is set to your liking. I highly recommend placing garbage cans out of sight, parking vehicles inside garages, and arranging lawn furniture as desired. Since setting and staging are entirely up to you, I'll not organize these features.
